National certified counselor, national certified gambling counselor – level II and certified addiction professional. He is a PhD fellow and holds a number of degrees including a master’s degree in mental health counselling.
He is also a fellow at the National Board for Certified Counselors Minority Fellowship Program, working in an impact program for recovery from addictions. Uberto has provided psychotherapeutic services to individuals suffering from pathological gambling, substance abuse and other psychiatric disorders, as well as children and adolescents who have been abused and/or neglected and are currently part of the foster care system. Uberto has been involved in a number of projects, such as group therapy for pathological gamblers and substance abuse treatment for Native Americans, and has done extensive research on anxiety and depression as mediators for addiction and gambling behavior.

Gustavo holds a Master's in Education, Guidance and counselling. He's a Smart Recovery facilitator and is certified by San Buenaventura University in Medellin Colombia as Substance Abuse Counselor.
Started working closely with Fundación Hogares Claret in Venezuela becoming Executive Director and Counselor of Despertares, an 18 bed treatment center for drug and alcohol abuse in Caracas.
Late on, worked as an assistant researcher at FIU's Center for Research on US Latino HIV/AIDS and Drug Abuse, CRUSADA; and at Lucida Treatment Center.

Florida-Licensed Acupuncture Physician and Certified Chinese Medical Herbalist. She is a student of Japanese acupuncture master Kiiko Matsumoto and travels annually to Japan and China to hone her skills and learn new techniques.
Her credentials include a B.S. in Environmental Science from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts; a M.S. in Biology from the University of Missouri at St. Louis; and an M.B.A. from Florida International University. Christina is also certified in injection therapy for pain management and detoxification.
For more than 20 years, Christina has been studying the medicinal actions of plants and their uses in medicine. She has extensive experience in international botanical science and was a plant collector for the Missouri Botanical Garden. She is currently studying the use of essential oils in Chinese medicine with Jeffrey Yuen, a Five Element approach to herbal medicine prescriptions with Thea Elijah in the United States and the professional blending of essential oils at the Provence Institute of Perfumery in Grasse, France.
Christina’s practice includes the use of original topical formulations and herbal preparations to complement acupuncture treatments. Christina is an active member of Acupuncturists Without Borders.

Graduated New York Chiropractic College in December, 1986. He is known by his colleagues and peers as “the doctor’s doctor”; because of his concern, excellence in technique, care, variety, extant and profundity of knowledge with emphasis in deep clearing healing results. He is a 1979 graduate of St. John’s University where he majored in psychology, and minored in theology and philosophy with a concentration in the humanities. His studies emphasized the unity of mind, body, soul and the care of the whole person. His training also emphasized the importance of empathy for patients and practice members as well as the ethical charge of a doctor / teacher and physician as a healer. He is licensed in several states including Florida and New York.
